Info

My name is Darius Lamar Tigner-Jackson, proudly born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, on April 19th. I entered the world at the historic Grady Memorial Hospital and grew up in the West End community—a handsome baby boy welcomed by my loving parents, Mr. Jacques and Ms. Cheryl Denise. My roots in Atlanta have shaped my character, ambition, and commitment to service.

When I enrolled at Atlanta Technical College, I knew exactly where my passion belonged. The field of Human Resources Management immediately captured my interest, and I was eager to deepen my knowledge and grow in a profession centered around people. My short-term goal is to join a thriving organization where I can further develop my recruiting and leadership strengths.

Each day, I’m driven by a long‑term vision: to become a dynamic trailblazer who helps others discover and pursue their career paths. With ten years of experience building high-performing teams for Fortune 500 companies—and a strong foundation in communication, relationship building, and leadership—I am confident in the value I bring as a human resources professional.

I once heard a man say, “The way to gain a good reputation is to endeavor to be what you desire to appear.” Those words guide my journey. With unwavering determination, I will never stop striving to be my very best—both for myself and for the communities I serve.
